A week ago I took delivery of my new Gazelle HeavyDutyNL e-bike from the Dutch Bike Shop, and I absolutely love it!
It’s the first electric bike that I’ve owned, and it’s a revelation to me how lovely it is to ride. The upright Dutch style is very comfortable, and the electrical assist helps me glide up hills that I would previously have avoided!
On my first ride I thought to myself: “This is amazing! Why didn’t I ever get an e-bike before?”
This is truly a transportation bike, and has lots of capacity to carry stuff. The crate easily takes a full shopping bag from the supermarket, and with pannier bags on the back I could carry more!
